She's named at Carl S. Kleinau,
The NARA is empty, same thing on WW2memorial.

It's Captain CARL SAMUEL KLEINAU, officer in Signal Corps i guess.

But i have fews informations. If you have any idea, please write me :)

Thank you very much !

You're welcome.  Per the newspaper article regarding the LOM, it did say that "Because of being highly confidential, little could be learned of his work during his army career."  I don't know whether his file would be classified or not but I think NARA is still shut down due to Covid but I could be wrong.

This may give you a hint of the type of work he may've been doing.  It appears like he had something to do with bomb guidance devices and guided missile systems which I'm sure would've been highly confidential at the time.

You're welcome.  Yes, a very special officer indeed and a beautiful LOM as well.  I'm sure eventually you'll find out more about this officer and keep us posted.  Take care, Matt/aznation

In march 1945, Kleinau is Lieutenant-Colonel ! A fast career !

He is in the "Dir Electronics Equip Div OCSigO" (file)
OCSig0 => Office of the Chief Signal Officer

That is so awesome you got an article talking about the LOM. It is on it’s way to you! I’m going to follow this and see what else comes up. Would be very cool to find out just what he did that they wouldn’t speak about.
