There would be no reason to remove your post.The one on the jacket is the standard full embroidered patch with an add on border.The one you show is on twill with an embroidered border its rarer than the one on the coat.Thanks for posting it.Scotty

An odd 4 star version, a felt version. They don't glow

Here is my best, Australian made blooded 1st MarDiv patch, it came on uniform of Marine who was on Canal with F/2/11 and on Cape Gloucester with HQ/3/5, it's interesting that patch is on right sleeve
