I am not a collector of those, so, have not seen a lot, but of the ones I have seen, this full disc backing is a first.  Reverse:

Nov 1948, 2nd 6th and 14th Constab rests redesignated ACRs but still assigned to the Constab. The mission has changed from policing Western Europe to defense of same.  Troops and squadrons became battalions and companies. Your disk is c. 1948-52 for the Tank Co, 14th ACR (US Constabulary).
 

Your disk is German made.

OR for the 6th Tank Battalion, 24th Infantry Division, Korea then Japan, then Korea till the battalion was inactivated in 1958.

Nope, not on this one, esp being German made.
