Boy Howdy Posted March 31, 2021 Share #1 Posted March 31, 2021 My buddy's father recently passed away.He gave me this knife because he knows I like military items. I questioned why he would give it away and refused at first but he said he wasn't interested in keeping the knife. The leather was quite dry from sitting in the garage for years. I treated the entire knife with Picards. His father served on the USS Champlain CV-39 during the Korean War. Here are some pictures. Enjoy. Rancid Polecat Posted April 2, 2021 Share #4 Posted April 2, 2021 It has a good look to it, and as a bonus it hasn't been sharpened to death. I would try to get the original owner's info to keep with it, the Korean War and its veterans often get overlooked.
