I believe I have seen a slightly different patch with the whirling arrows attributed to the army air corps. The blue one no idea. AHR Posted June 2, 2021 Share #5 Posted June 2, 2021 THE PATCH BEING WORN ON JACKET LOOKS LIKE 1 INFANTRY BRIG. DURING WW 2 WAS NAMED 1st PARACHUTE INFANTRY BRIG. THE BRIG. WAS DE-ACTIVATED IN 1944 AND ITS UNITS ASSIGNED ELSEWHERE I SEEM TO REMEMBER SEEING A ARVN PATCH THAT LOOKS SIMMULAR. REMEMBER THE 2ND INF. BRIG. WAS RE-ACTIVATED AS A NON BRIG. DURING VIETNAM.
