Years ago my brother was passing through Pall Mall ,Tennessee on his way to a friend’s wedding. He stopped in the store to get a snack and use the restroom. On his way out he went through the gift shop there and saw a book about Sgt York and purchased it for me. When he went to check out, the lady behind the counter told him that York’s son was sitting in the snack area and he would autograph it for him. My brother asked him to make it out to me. Years ago, when we were visiting our Grampa, we got to go to Sgt. York's home and it was one of the coolest days we spent in Tennessee. Very worth the visit!
