TheSnake Posted March 16, 2021 Share #1 Posted March 16, 2021 I'd only become familiar with John Ek's knives and legacy. At first, I didn't care for his blades. Since looking at them more in depth, and reading about him, I've become enamored of his blades. Here's a couple just off the bench; I tried to keep them rustic looking. These are both made of 1075 steel, and have handles of white oak and walnut finished with linseed oil. I know the loveless fasteners and pins aren't authentic, but will have to do for these prototypes.
