CAS Wing identification

This is another recent addition to the collection.  I thought it might have been for a school or possibly an airline, but have had no luck in identifying it.  The hallmark was poorly struck but I was able to discern that it is JEWEL EMBLEM CHICAGO, not a maker I am familiar with and another rabbits hole that led me nowhere.  I would love for this to have been for Capital Air Service in Topeka where my dad worked in the 50's, but he said they had no wings or patches or emblems.  It might be from a different company with the same name, as I believe there were several other unrelated ones.  I found a reference to a Chicago Air Service, but nothing that shows any wing emblems.  The Smithsonian has a wing they identify as being from the Chicago Air Service, but it is actually from the Concord Air Service.  Does anyone have a positive i.d. for this one?
