John4022 Posted March 6, 2021 Share #1 Posted March 6, 2021 Hi guys, I just wanted to share this grouping I just got off eBay. This is my first Aussie made jump wing so I'm excited to get it. Luckily it comes with provenance but unfortunately its very sad. Lt Clay Dean Felber Jr. survived the war and was discharged in 46. He later returned to the army doing civilian administration work in the Philippines. On March 8 1948 at the age of 27 he died in a car accident in Manila. Thanks for looking, John

triplecanopy Posted March 6, 2021 Share #4 Posted March 6, 2021 If you are interested, you can go to the hallmarks section of this Forum and learn more about the Angus & Coote parachute wings. The ones you got are the earliest type. They made three others.
John4022 Posted March 7, 2021 Author Share #5 Posted March 7, 2021 Thanks, I didn't know that & Ill have to find it! I believe I read that there are 3 different styles of hallmarks and that the one I got is the most common one to find.
