Came across this with many other papers of drawing plans and I don't know if it's able to be listed on eBay....Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks!

You should have no issues posting this on e-bay. Nothing about this is a threat to national security. It's just so outdated.

Look closer at the plans.  They are for the assembly of an RB66 reconnaissance aircraft, which is based on the B66 bomber.
