Basic Jump Wings with an off center strike error

I spotted these today on a rack at a Military Clothing Sales Store and did a double take. This one evidently slipped past the quality control person. Wings are still in the unopened original package and these are the modern "Stay Brite" or No shine style. These must be made by a press striking a jump wing shaped blank. This one somehow got off center.  I know coins are sometimes misaligned like this, but I have never seen a parachute badge this way before. Anyone else have one like it?
