Len S Posted Friday at 07:52 PM Share #1 Posted Friday at 07:52 PM Here’s one I’ve had for a while and one the few weapons I have that’s been marked by it’s captor. It’s a Japanese T99 long , the first version of that rifle series. M Weisman saw fit to carve his name on the stock’s underside. No indication of what service branch he belonged to , though most mummed Japanese rifles I purchased directly from the vet were from Navy veterans (this one came from a Miami gunshop). Here are some pics. Len
jangle Posted Saturday at 03:53 AM Share #2 Posted Saturday at 03:53 AM Nice rifle with the very desirable long mono-pod. The finish looks like a Toyo-Kogo?

jangle Posted Saturday at 02:42 PM Share #4 Posted Saturday at 02:42 PM For anyone just wanting one 99 for their collection, I always recommend this early long rifle as the fit and finish is outstanding on collector grade examples. Again, nice rifle and good luck in tracking down M. Weisman.
