As these were all hand made, every badge is at least slightly different.  I have cataloged them ranging in size from 2.75" to 4.75".  The style badge coined "Type 1" above is probably most often encountered.  That said, none are common.

 

As to price, there is currently (3 FEB 23) a real example of a Type 1 Homrighous badge on the leading Internet auction site.  The asking price is not unreasonable for a badge of this type.
