ArtyScout Posted February 24, 2021 Share #52 Posted February 24, 2021 FANTASTIC work Dennis. I love how you can infuse a bit comedy & humor in the middle of the biggest operation of WWII. I can hear Murphy's buddy whispering "Hey Murph, this isn't time to be in hog heaven." Great work!
cutiger83 Posted February 24, 2021 Share #53 Posted February 24, 2021 Dennis, Fantastic! There are so many little details. I love how the stone wall turned out. It looks so realistic. This must have been a fun one to build. ...Kat

ArtyScout Posted February 27, 2021 Share #55 Posted February 27, 2021 We've all commented on "Murphy" landing in the pig sty, but put a dark background and you can imagine "zero-dark-thirty" on the morning of June 6th. With his buddies whispering for Murph to be quiet and the chirping of crickets in the background, while the hogs snort their disapproval of the intruder in their midst. Again everything flows in this dio; from the mud, the pigs, the stone wall and foliage, to the dirt path, the wooden fence and gate, to the parachute. You did another masterful diorama. Kudos Dennis.
