24th Div Order of the Lion

Has anyone heard of the "order of the lion" from the 24th Div? They were in Europe from 58-70 and the award is a lions head in profile, with the Bavarian enameled crest with the 24th Div patch in the center. No ribbon but a suspension loop. Says "order of the lion" on the back.
