Seems to be for a "Training Division" but not sure if is Wright Field, Wright Aeronautical Company or something else. Suggestions appreciated. My son now works at Wright Patterson AFB so I may give it to him to take to work and see if anyone knows anything about it. I'll report back here if I learn anything.
