Looking through the stickies I'm guessing the first set is a pair if M45 suspenders but I have no idea what the second set is.

The first photo is for the M-56 set up. This predates the Vietnam H suspenders. The second looks like the M-45 suspender. These were used into Korea.

The pair in the first photo started life as US M1945 suspenders, but were exported to Greece and modified there for use with their 'M1956' style system. Here's a brief explanation from Gear Illustration: https://www.gear-illustration.com/2018/06/22/m-1945-suspenders-foreign-modification-1960s/  Second set is a standard pair of M1945 suspenders.
