This is not a traceable number in Doug Boyce's NY CSC book . Just thought it was odd that the price was high and one could not connection to a person name. I pulled one off this site couple weeks ago with a hunch it’s out of the traceable range but I can dream right? The case and LP were the value for me. In the macro I over paid for the medal but for the set I was ok with the price. I suspect along with my initial hypothesis, whomever bought it wanted it enough to pay premium coupled with not realizing the number range.
