USMC_ROB Posted Wednesday at 11:45 PM Share #1 Posted Wednesday at 11:45 PM Hello, I picked up this Air Force Cathode-Ray Oscillograph today, cheap. It is supposed to work, but before I even consider plugging it in, can anyone give some info on it? Where I might find an online manual, what it does, anything specific I should do to it / look for if when I fire it up? It looked cool as heck, and was pretty cheap to buy, so if it does not work it will still look neat with some stuff around it for display (Think RKO pictures 1951 The Thing from Another World, they look at one of these type of devices to depict a UFO landing.)😉 So I'll display my gloves and some other winter gear by it. I did a search of the forum and came up blank. Hopefully I'll learn something!
Dave Posted Wednesday at 11:56 PM Share #2 Posted Wednesday at 11:56 PM My dad had one of these when I was growing up. I thought it was the coolest thing ever when he used it to test equipment. He had used them in the Navy during the Korean War so he knew how it worked...me...not so much. 😄 Only a weak society needs government protection or intervention before it pursues its resolve to preserve the truth.
