John4022 Posted January 13, 2021 Share #1 Posted January 13, 2021 Hi guys, what do you think about this 101st patch? I'm thinking it could be Japanese made. Thank you, John

John4022 Posted January 13, 2021 Author Share #3 Posted January 13, 2021 Thank you! The closest match I could find was on this forum and it was deemed Japanese made. Maybe its British?
ocsfollowme Posted January 13, 2021 Share #4 Posted January 13, 2021 EBay is blowing up with those two auctions for sure. Everyone is already watching them. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Lot-U-S-Military-Patches-Stickers-Metal-Badges-Bars-WWII-ROTC-Lot-2/254833291540?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055359.m1431.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Lot-U-S-Military-Patches-Stickers-Metal-Badges-Bars-WWII-ROTC-Lot-3/254833297491?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055359.m1431.l2649
John4022 Posted January 13, 2021 Author Share #5 Posted January 13, 2021 Yes I have already told the seller not to end them early. She has already got offers around $1250.
John4022 Posted January 13, 2021 Author Share #6 Posted January 13, 2021 I also let her know the 101st patches are where the moneys at and thats why she just posted better photos. Anyone know the origin of these two patches? German-Britain-Japan-Pakistan?
Longhorn92 Posted January 14, 2021 Share #7 Posted January 14, 2021 I can’t find a similar one in the Keller, Angolia, Delaitre, or Bando patch books. The bullion looks different. I always wonder about the backs being covered up. Having said that, I have no clue if the ones on eBay are real or not. But I do hope the bidders do their homework.
