Hello friends, I bought this plate at a militaria fair in Spain, I do not know how or the seller knows anything about it. I have looked on the internet and its carrier still appears to be alive. Any information on her?

I was able to find him in the "United States World War II Army Enlistment Records, 1938-1946" records. In his enlistment record it says he was born in 1900. This seems a bit unusual since he would've been 41 years old at the time of his enlistment.

The other record is from the "United States Social Security Death Index". This Richard S. Solari from Brooklyn, NY was born in 1914 and died in 2000. I suspect this is the same person and that the birth date of 1900 on the enlistment document was an error.

Unfortunately, the service member is deceased.
