Post-WWII Norwegian-Made Pilot Wing Badge

I have this these pilot wings i believe post war produced in norway has the norwegian maker's mark 121 for international insignia co. PAN 925 S really a nice set.

Interesting badge...definitely a Norwegian firm, but I've never seen US insignia made in Norway before

Any ideas about what Norwegian firm made these?

more pics of my wing, what i was told from other experts in the field these were done in mold castings over there. sense they could'nt acquirer the dies, as you can see it's under 3 inches

Yeppers, Sterling is 92.5% silver, hence that value.
