rtd_sf_eng Posted December 10, 2020 Share #1 Posted December 10, 2020 We are all aware of the military side of the COE with its pocket patches and the shoulder sleeve insignias but how about the civilian side with what I call program patches and patches for the districts and divisions commands. And it also includes Boy Scout of America patches that have either the Engineer Castle, the words 'Corps of Engineer' or 'COE.' Here are a few of those types of patches.
