Unknown possible USAF patch

I recently found a patch at a antique shop in Las Vegas, New Mexico that I can not identify.  I have checked all the references I have (as well as Mr. Google), but with no joy.  Any help would be appreciated.

Might be CAP related, does not look USAF to me.
