Salvage Sailor Posted November 21, 2020 Share #2 Posted November 21, 2020 Battle "E" Those denote Battle Efficiency Awards earned by the USS FORRESTAL for Engineering, Communications and Gunnery (some with hash marks for subsequent awards) The colors denote departments, green for communications, red for engineering, black for gunnery, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
