Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted November 14, 2020 Share #6 Posted November 14, 2020 That style with "Contract No. ####" is how the Defense Personnel Support Center marked their uniforms. They were a DOD controlled organization, essentially like the production of quatermaster depots of WWII. There is no known way to decode the 4 digit contracts. I dont even think they are even sequential. They also marked some with 6 digit contracts "####-##" where the last 2 are the of fiscal year.
