It's a great matched set of ribbon bars and mini-medals to a Navy Fleet Marine Force Officer with plastic-encased challenge coin for the 25th anniversary of the Orange County (NY) VVA, Chapter 140. Sadly, the seller didn't have an ID on this officer, so I don't know if he was a medical officer, Chaplain, or Seabee. Still, it's a great set showing service from the late 60s up to the early 80s.
