First Sergeant Insignia ~ Korean Made?

I'm looking for more information on this First Sergeant insignia. It is made of stamped metal, screwback, and has a green painted background. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this is a Korean made rank insignia and it's rare. This is the version that is made from stamped brass just like the ROK rank insignia.
