Pre WWII Army OD Flashlight - like USN TB-8?

I have a USN TB-8 in black. But just recently I found similar lamp in oilve drab w/o the USN marking and also made by Fulton.

Never have seen one in OD before. Is this a pre WWII army flashlight? Has it a model number?
