MattS Posted October 19, 2020 Share #2 Posted October 19, 2020 It certainly could have been repainted tan for NTC, MFO, Bright Star, etc. What you are showing is the removeable sweatband's stamp, not the liner stamp which should be on the webbing, usually on one of the side pieces between the washers.
