Footlocker ID possible?

I picked this up from an AN store in Georgia years ago. I noticed sleuths on this forum making interesting identifications. Any idea who this was used by? 
markings: small plate dated 1946, product of miller mfg co, glen clove NY. Small tape above it “ Lt Harris”. Above that painted number “26”. White stenciled mid side “ DLDC (G) 4811”.

I agree, that looks like BLDG 4811 to me.
