If someone saw the home made holster at a gun show I bet they would not even pick it up, yet the LT’s name  inscribed on it is one of the most historic names in USMC aviation history. The owner was the first USMC aviation enlisted marine to be awarded the MOH (Tiffany Cross) for his actions 14 Oct 1918. He was a great personal friend of my dad. The 22’s were all his, not military so delete if not appropriate for the forum.
