Deadstock Russet boot identification

I recently acquired these boots and I'm hoping to identify the model and year. I've looked thru the threads done by WWI nerd, but I'm still not sure what these are. They certainly seem to be Russet, and they are built on the Munson last. With the top 4 speed hooks, they resemble the 1902 model, but I'm thinking the rubber heel on these is not that early. The two metal rivets(?) in the sole are also intriguing. What purpose do they server in costruction? Are they part of a metal shank?

Thanks,

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Bill
