The miniature gold Trident hallmarked L-22 is made by The Lordship Industries and is a legitimate current piece but the silver miniature Trident with the single clutch back pin that has the added point at its base to prevent it from rotating once pinned on clothing is something new that I've seen popping up for sale on eBay.  These are cheap surplus store copies that you find pinned on cork boards at surplus stores.
