Richard Coleman Posted October 3, 2020 Share #1 Posted October 3, 2020 Does anyone know if a NY National Guard SGT of Infantry, who *did not* volunteer to go federal, but remained in the NY NG is eligible to wear the Spanish War Service Medal.
