USMC Field Utility Cap. Date?

I need a little help with the dates on this Field Utility Cap. I looked in the reference section and saw some similar to this one. The dates ranged from the 50's to the 80's. My problem is I am not familiar with the materials. This does have an open EGA. Any help will be appreciated.

That tags suggests a civilian reproduction not official issue.

The green sateen cover with EGA decal is what I wore from 1975 until the cammie version came out in the early 1980s. We had camouflage utilities several years before we got the camouflage utility cover to match.

We also wore white t-shirts under the cammie blouse during that period but that is another story.
