Hello all,

Here’s some pics of a new acquisition this week. I’m proud to be the new caretaker of this hero’s award. I found him on Find A Grave. Born in 1887, died 1973and interred in Delaware County Pennsylvania. With an obvious Italian name I was wondering if maybe he saw service in Italy during the Great War. Hoping some of my Forum friends may be able to pinpoint him 🤞🏼Thanks so much for any help forthcoming. Heart is numbered # 33694.

     Thanks so much, stay safe,

Tom

Thank you very much to two great Forum friends, Beast and smwinter 👌🏻👌🏻
Being buried in Delaware County Pennsylvania makes sense he was in the 28th Keystone Division.

The 110th got pretty chewed up at the Battle of the Marne, they were next to the 3rd Division.
