Anyone have a copy of "PEACETIME AWARDS OF THE PURPLE HEART IN THE POST-VIETNAM PERIOD"?

I'm looking for a hard copy of the above book, written by Dr. Madeline Sapienza in 1987 for the US Army Center of Military History. 

 

I am aware there's a digital text (no image) version of it located at: https://archive.org/stream/peacetimeawardso00sapi/peacetimeawardso00sapi_djvu.txt

 

But I'd really like to actually find the book itself. A scan or .pdf of the book would be fine as well - it just has formatting and photos that don't translate into the text-only version on the archive.org site.

 

Any help is appreciated!
