Interestingly, the center pleat on both pockets is sewn flat half-way up. (no point in a photo since all that you would see is a flat cargo pocket with a pleat). Has anyone seen this before? Could it be a soldier"s modification to keep the pockets flat for a neater appearance?. Possibly a contractor variation? Appreciate any thoughts on this.
