Thanks. Aren’t they all ERDL (just different variations) if they’re pre-M81 woodlands?
 

What do you think about that last one? Should be the 7th & 8th photos. It’s the slant pocket USMC top. I always thought the contract date on the tag read ‘70, making it Vietnam era. It’s looks a lot more like ‘78 in the photo. 
 

But then the other, straight pocket, USMC top does clearly say ‘78 and it has a different tag and nomenclature. Leading me to believe that the slant pocket is not a ‘78.

I’ve always considered the slant pocket shirts to be the only true ERDL pattern -

Picked this up today, understand it is a fishing vest made from ERDL fabric.

Anyone add anything else......country of manufacture maybe?

I already believe that this is a commercial product, especially since the lot I bought it from also had some Wynn Industries shirts using RDF ripstop material. However I wanted to see if folks here could just verify my suspicion or the low chance its something that could have been made in country. Tag is basically completely faded.

Watching a lot that includes this invisible ERDL shirt. The ARVN Rangers patch is awesome to see, but it seems the original owner stripped the name tag, unfortunately. I'd love to pick one up at some point! Unfortunately the lot this is in has already gone past a thousand.

Do you know if the beret in the auction was good? Took a chance on it since the patch looked original. Awesome to see photos of the full jacket!

That ARVN Airborne beret definitely looked the part, but I didn't ask for more pics of it, but considering what else was in that auction, I'd wager it was original.

 

I just can't believe the lot with the invisible ERDL Jacket went for more than 4k, all cause of that German smock. And of course the guy who won it's username is "Panzerfaust17". Dang wehraboos haha.
