What time frame? Load suspenders

Recommended Posts

Can someone give me an idea of when these suspenders were used?  Korea, early Vietnam?

No “D” loops, heavy material... no padding on shoulder section... also a mix of brass and white metal on the slides and snap hooks.

Thanks!

Late WW2, M1944 suspenders used with the M1944/45 field packs. Modified with extra padding after WW2 I believe.

Thanks, Tim.

I read about padded straps... but the brass and black buckle and snaps had me thinking maybe early Vietnam using leftover Korean War equipment.
