Here is a free book I wrote.

It is published by the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains.

You can download it as a PDF.

The title is "Leadership and transformation of the Army Chaplaincy during WWII:  DOTMLPF-P as a transformation tool for religious support."

DOTMLPF-P is an acronym for Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy.

I used a current military system (DOTMLPF-P) to assess an historical event (how the Army Chaplaincy transformed to provide religious support).

Of note of interest for this forum, is Chapter 5 "Materiel" where includes several chaplain items from Henri-Paul Enjames excellent work, "G.I. Collectors Guide, Vol II."

I welcome all reviews and critiques.
