patches Posted August 21, 2020 Share #4 Posted August 21, 2020 The patch came out in the early 50s or so, it's still worn today, as seen on one Chief Warrant Officer 5 Eric Seymore, the very last Vietnam War veteran who served post Vietnam in the South Carolina National Guard, he finally retired in 2014, served as a Aviator in the 1st Aviation Brigade in 1971-72 in Vietnam.
