Found a definite ID on the unit this crest is for, its for the 2nd Regiment New York State Guard, formed up in Troy, thus the affiliation with the New York National Guard 105th Infantry, formed originally as 2nd New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment in 1898 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
