illinigander Posted August 26, 2020 Author Share #5 Posted August 26, 2020 Thanks patches and dustin for that information. The can is actually dated 1943, so much for old guys remembering. I looked up my WW2 gas can list, and I have Arvin ones dated 1943 & 1944. I wonder if the N.S.I. marking was for a different contract, and they did not use the Arvin name?
