Thank you Tony . Hi Tony, being British myself I believe this to be WWII British as it's very similar construction to other armbands of the period, here's a small quote from Wikipedia. War reserve constable From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This should not be confused with a ' Special Police-Constable ', which was a voluntary British police officer, that existed alongside the War Reserve Constable.
