When was this patches used at Mather and was it used elsewhere?

Best I remember, there was a place outside Mather that made these and other aircraft specific patches for Navs to wear when they knew what aircraft they were going to. There is also a WSO version, yours was for guys going to the F-4G Wild Weasel. I've seen one for the F-111 and B-52 as well from them. I would consider it generic, though I'm sure it was used by the wearers even after they got to line units. These started showing up in the mid 80s.
