Many of my favorites aren’t necessarily super rare or theater made, for example (though a few are) but I really like the looks of them and especially the history of the soldiers who wore them. Amen to that... ...nothing unique, rare, or special about my favorite. Except that it was the first patch I collected and there's a reason it was first... I just can't look at a classic 8th Air Force patch and not hear 15 or 20 B-17s running up engines on some fog shrouded, English airfield.
