The copy above is not as pristine as my first copy linked here But its a nice one and I believe the Mans name is that of a POW..? Not 100% sure on that though. You are correct about William Cato Epps being a POW. He was a B-17 pilot with the 15th Air Force, 301st Group, 32nd Squadron and his plane was attacked on 25 Feb 1944 by fighters and crashed. Lt.
