The one on the left looks similar to the one in this link: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/74698-77th-division-wwi-veterans-grouping I'd say maybe Allied service on the left, and maybe ordnance serve on the right? Definitely needs some more research, I'm not well versed in WW1 veterans organization ribbons though.
